The annual celebration characterized in the United States by costumes and candy and Merriment besides,
Decorations through the roof and across the lawn, in some cases spreading across whole of estates, goblins and witches and skeletons galore,
Orange, the favorite color of lights, and pumpkins of every size, Jacko lanterns besides, smiling and shrieking,
And for me always trying to find deeper meaning, layered context and insight, I do just a little morning a little sadness about all those who have gone, and then on the morrow saints day I think about the love and the lessons from those same, not just named saints, but all those who’ve passed on, who I miss and wish I could still learn lessons from,
Wish I could still learn lessons from,
Never mind,
BOO!
