The best part about weekends is sometimes the magic of the mundane. I’ve written about this idea in the past. It resonates again today.
Errands and chores with a couple of the kids, a lucky little chunk of time hanging out with my better half for a lunch date at the local Greek Festival. These all add up to layers of good I need to bask in, and not wonder, “What’s next?”
In fact, it’s really a lesson in being present. The result? Quality convo to get centered, a little respite, and into a relaxing, productive Saturday afternoon with a better sense of self and purpose.
Soak it up, let the good sink in.
