Sometimes we feel sad. It’s ok to have those feelings.
And I think it’s also important to understand you don’t have to always know why you’re feeling that way.
Simply by naming it and letting yourself feel it, that’s a good way to experience it. It’s just a feeling. And it will pass.
Don’t fight it. Don’t wrestle with it. Just feel it. Maybe talk to a friend, share a little, let them cheer you up.
You’ll get through it.
Let it be so.
